On 1 December 2011, I started as Raw Materials Inspector at “Cukrownia Świdnicka” Sugar Factory. Before that, I had taken a 3-month internship with the Raw Materials Department where I became familiar with the responsibilities and nature of the job. I liked the internship very much. I am impressed by the job and the entire organisation. Last year, I graduated in Economics from the Poznan University of Life Sciences, where I majored in Food Management Economics.
From 1 April 2011, I have had the pleasure to work in the Raw Materials Department at the Strzelin facility. After three months of graduate student internship in the Talent Academy programme, I started working as a Raw Materials Inspector. As an intern, I have developed my knowledge under the supervision of more experienced colleagues in the Raw Materials Department, which enabled me to face the challenges of the 2012/13 campaign. Working in the Raw Materials Department is a great opportunity to develop and use the knowledge I gained during my studies at the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences. It is a great pleasure to wake up and go to work every morning knowing that my job is my hobby and that it gives me a lot of satisfaction.
My adventure with Südzucker Polska S.A. started in the Raw Materials Department at the Ropczyce facility on 1 February 2012. First as an intern and then as an Inspector, I have been learning the ins and outs of field and office work. My tasks quite often required a lot of discipline and determination, but the support of my colleagues helped me quickly overcome all difficulties. I greatly appreciate the task-based system, clearly defined goals and the possibility to achieve them independently.
