As a Purchasing Specialist in a sugar plant, I am responsible for example for entering orders into the system following the demand and ongoing contact with suppliers. Privately, I am passionate about hiking and mountain biking.

I work in a sugar plant as a chemist. During the campaign, my duties include testing the parameters of semi-products at each stage of the technological process of sugar production. Outside the campaign period, I deal with the quality control of sugar and molasses. My non-professional interests are music (I play the violin) and the physiology of wild animals.

My main tasks include support for traders, preparation of reports, presentations, and contact with the client. I do my best to spend free time actively, e.g. by going to GT classes (group motor training) and the gym, I go cross-country skiing. Additionally, I like going to the theater, cabaret shows, and concerts.
