What does the recruitment process look like?

When we receive your application, it will be first verified by the HR Department. If you meet the basic requirements for a given position, we will contact you by phone and arrange a meeting. An employee of the HR Department and your potential immediate supervisor will interview you. We will inform you about the result of the last step by phone as soon as possible.

What documents are required in the recruitment process? What language should they be prepared in? What basic information should they contain?

All candidates are asked to prepare a CV and cover letter in Polish or English if a given position requires knowledge of it. You should provide basic personal data, contact details, information on gained education, professional experience, knowledge of foreign languages, as well as additional skills that are useful for the given position. Do not send us any other documents, references or certificates.

Is it worth applying even if I have not found a job offer that interests me?

Of course! All you have to do is to enter in the application form the department and position you are interested in.
