- Master’s degree, preferably business administration or economics
- Experience to act within volatile commodity markets: min. 3-5 years
- A sound knowledge of the food industry is advantageous
- Ability to work in a matrix organisation is a prerequisite
- English C1, Polish C1
- Above average negotiation skills and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
- Define, implement and execute the industrial sales strategy for Poland based upon a market & competition analysis, in consultation with Südzucker Headquarters in Germany for sugar and co-products
- Define, implement and execute the B2B WebShop strategy.
- Identify and prioritize the customer and market needs.
- Planning and execution of sugar and co-product contracts in joint cooperation with the relevant departments for the whole end-to-end process.
- Leading the industrial sales team.
- Conducting of sales negotiations together with sales specialists.
- Administering internal and external documentation.
- Supervising and coordinating activities related to receivables.
